Mahsulot tavsifi:

Sarcoidosis of the lungs is a noncancerous systemic disease characterized by the involvement of the reticuloendothelial system, leading to the formation of epithelioid-cell granulomas in the lungs without caseous necrosis and peripheral inflammation. These granulomas can resolve or transform into connective tissue in the absence of Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Etiology includes infections by Iersinia, viruses, bacteria, fungi, parasites, pine pollen, beryl, zirconium, and certain medications such as sulfa drugs and cytostatics. Pathogenesis involves the formation of granulomas similar to those in tuberculosis but without caseous necrosis, although some may show fibrinoid necrosis. Symptoms include transient fever.
