Organizational and financial problems related to this have begun to exceed the capabilities even of highly developed rich countries. The verification of the pathogenesis of chronic kidney disease progression, the exposure of risk factors for its origin and development, and the development of grounded schemes of conservative therapy have lately allowed for effective control of the disease process and the prevention of its onset.
